Marine Parade is a short stretch of road running close to the seafront in Hill Head, offering some of the most direct coastal access in the village. The road is lined with residential properties, some of which have uninterrupted views across the Solent. Marine Parade has a distinctly seaside character, with the sound of waves and the smell of salt air a constant presence. The road connects to the wider seafront area and is within walking distance of the harbour, the Osborne View and the Solent Way coastal path. Properties here are sought after for their coastal position, and the road is one of the most recognisable addresses in Hill Head. During summer months, the road sees foot traffic from visitors heading to and from the beach. The road is short and quiet, with no through traffic.
